  • Keep the treated area clean and moisturized.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure; use sunscreen daily.
  • Do not pick at peeling skin; let it naturally slough off.
  • Use gentle, non-irritating skincare products.
  • Follow specific post-peel instructions from your provider.
  • Avoid applying any makeup to the treated area for 6 hours.
  • Ice the area if swelling occurs (no direct contact with ice).
  • Stay hydrated to help with healing.
  • Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercises for 24 hours.
  • Expect mild swelling or bruising, which should resolve in a few days.
  • Immediate Post-Treatment Care Redness and Warmth: After the Evolve treatment, you may experience redness, warmth, and mild swelling in the treated areas. 
  • Skin Sensation: You may also notice temporary changes in skin sensation, such as tingling or numbness, in the treated areas. This is normal and should improve within a short time. 
  • First Few Days Post-Treatment Stay Hydrated: Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Proper hydration can help with the body’s natural processes of eliminating treated fat cells. 
  • Avoid Strenuous Exercise: Refrain from engaging in strenuous physical activities, heavy lifting, or intense workouts for at least 24 to 48 hours post-treatment. 
  • Avoid Hot Baths and Saunas: Avoid taking hot baths, using a sauna, and any other activities that expose your body to excessive heat for a few days after the procedure. 
  • Maintain Healthy Eating Habits: Continue to follow a balanced diet and avoid excessive calorie consumption to support your body’s response to the treatment. 
  • Long-Term Care Sun Protection: Protect your skin from direct sunlight by wearing sunscreen with a high SPF on treated areas. Sunscreen should be applied regularly, especially if the treated areas are exposed. 
  • Follow-Up Appointments: 
  • Make sure to attend follow-up appointments with your treatment provider to evaluate your progress and address any concerns. 
  • Patience: Results from Evolve treatments may take several weeks to become noticeable. It is important that you remain patient and monitor your progress. 
  • Maintenance Plan: Consult with your provider about a maintenance plan to prolong the benefits of the Evolve treatment. Additional sessions may be necessary depending on your goals.
  • Report Any Concerns: If you experience severe or unexpected side effects, such as prolonged redness, swelling, or skin irregularities, contact your treatment provider promptly.

  • Avoid washing your face for at least 6 hours.
  • Do not apply makeup for at least 12 hours.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and use sunscreen.

  • Mild Discomfort: You may experience mild discomfort or a sensation of warmth immediately after the Forma V treatment. It is normal for this to occur and should subside soon after the procedure.
  • Avoid Sexual Activity: Refrain from sexual intercourse or any form of vaginal penetration for at least 48 hours after the treatment to allow for proper healing.
  • First 24-48 Hours Gentle Cleansing: Cleanse the treated area gently with mild, unscented soap and lukewarm water. Pat the area dry using a clean, soft towel. Avoid using harsh or scented soaps.
  • No Hot Baths or Jacuzzis: Do not use hot baths, hot tubs, or saunas for at least 48 hours after surgery. Heat can exacerbate swelling and pain.
  • No Tampons: Do not use tampons for at least 48 hours after the treatment. Opt for sanitary pads during this time.
  • Hydration: Be sure to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water to help with healing and reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.
  • 1-2 Weeks Post-Procedure Avoid Heavy Exercise: For at least one week after Forma V treatment, avoid strenuous physical activities or heavy lifting.
  • No Sexual Activity: Continue to avoid sexual intercourse and any vaginal penetration for one week after the procedure.
  • Wear Loose, Breathable Clothing: Opt for loose-fitting, cotton underwear and breathable clothing to minimize friction and promote comfort.
  • Topical Products: Your healthcare provider may recommend the use of specific post-procedure creams or ointments to promote healing. Follow their instructions for application.

  • Kegel Exercises:

Hormone pellet therapy, also referred to as pellet therapy, is a form of hormone therapy (HRT) where hormone pellets are injected beneath the skin to restore hormonal equilibrium. To guarantee the success of the treatment and decrease the likelihood of negative consequences, it is important to follow
appropriate post-treatment protocols. The following are post-treatment instructions for pellet therapy:

  • Rest and Recovery: After the pellet insertion, take it easy for the rest of the day. Avoid strenuous physical activity or heavy lifting.
  • Compression Bandage: Your healthcare provider may apply a compression bandage or tape over the insertion site. Leave this bandage in place for the recommended duration.
  • Avoid Wetting the Area: Keep the insertion site dry for at least 24 to 48 hours. During this time, you should avoid taking hot baths, soaking in hot tubs, or swimming.
  • Pain Management: Any discomfort or soreness at the insertion site should be treated with over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Follow the recommended dosage instructions.
  •  Avoid Scratching or Touching: Refrain from scratching, touching, or massaging the insertion site to prevent infection or displacement of the pellets.
  • Normal Activities: You can typically resume any of your normal activities within a day or two, but refrain from doing strenuous exercises or heavy lifting for at least a week.
  • Follow-Up Appointments: Attend any of your scheduled follow-up appointments with your healthcare provider. They will assess your hormone levels and determine if any adjustments are needed.
  • Monitor for Infection: Monitor the insertion site for any abnormal signs of infection, including redness, swelling, increased pain, or discharge. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if any concerning symptoms appear.
  • Hormone Symptom Monitoring: Pay attention to changes in your hormone-related symptoms, such as mood, energy, sleep patterns, and libido. It may take a few weeks to months to notice significant improvements.
  • Hormone Replacement Medications: If you were previously taking hormone replacement medications, continue taking them as prescribed by your healthcare provider until they advise otherwise. 
  • Sun Protection: Protect your skin from direct sunlight, especially if the insertion site is exposed. Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing if necessary.

  • Hormone Level Monitoring: Your healthcare provider will monitor your hormone levels regularly to determine when it’s time for the next pellet insertion.
  • Be Patient: Hormone pellet therapy may take some time to reach its full effect. Be patient and discuss your progress and any concerns with your healthcare provider. It’s crucial to maintain open communication with your healthcare provider during and after pellet therapy. They can provide personalized guidance, monitor your progress, and make adjustments to your hormone therapy plan as needed. Proper post-care is essential to achieving the desired hormonal balance and symptom relief.

  • Dressing and Wound Care: Your provider will give you instructions for dressing changes and wound care. Follow these instructions carefully. Keep the treated area clean and dry. Avoid applying creams, ointments, or lotions unless directed by your healthcare provider. Avoid scrubbing or rubbing the treated area.
  • Pain Management: You may experience some discomfort or pain at the treatment site. Your healthcare provider can provide pain relief through over-the-counter or prescription medications. Follow the recommended dosage instructions.
  • Skin Protection: To ensure the effectiveness of SRT treatment, it is important to shield the treated area from direct sunlight and UV exposure for at least six months to a year. This can be accomplished by wearing loose-fitting clothing, using a wide-brimmed hat, and applying a high SPF broad-spectrum sunscreen when going outside.
  • Avoid Irritants: Avoid using perfumed or alcohol-based products on the treated area(s) as they can irritate the skin. Stick to mild, fragrance-free skincare products.
  • Follow-Up Appointments: Make sure to go to all your scheduled follow-up appointments with your healthcare provider. This will help you monitor the progress of your keloid and assess the response to treatment.
  • Keloid Management: Continue with any additional keloid management strategies recommended by your healthcare provider, such as silicone gel sheets or pressure dressings.
  • Patience and Expectations: Understand that results from SRT for keloid treatment may take several months to become noticeable. Be patient and maintain a positive outlook during the healing process.
  •  Avoid Smoking and Alcohol: If you smoke, consider quitting, as smoking can impede the healing process. Limit or avoid any alcohol consumption, as it may interfere with healing. 
  • Report Any Concerns: If you notice any unusual changes in the treated area, such as increased redness, swelling, drainage, infection, or any other unusual changes, get in touch with your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
  • Scar Massage (if recommended): Some healthcare providers recommend scar massage to help improve the appearance and texture of the treated area. If recommended, follow the massage techniques provided by your provider.
  • Emotional Support: Seek emotional support if needed, as coping with keloids and their treatment can be challenging. Support groups or counseling may be beneficial. Throughout your keloid treatment and recovery, communication with your healthcare provider is essential. This can provide you with personalized guidance and address any concerns you may have.Remember that keloid treatment is a gradual process, and results may vary from person to person. Adhering to these post-care instructions will help optimize your recovery and minimize potential complications.

  • Compression Garments: Wear the compression garments that will be provided by your surgeon as directed. Compression garments help reduce swelling, improve blood circulation, and aid in the healing process. Typically, they should be worn consistently for several weeks.
  • Rest and Recovery: Allow your body ample time to rest and heal during the initial days after liposuction. Avoid any strenuous activities and be sure to get plenty of sleep.
  • Pain Management: Take prescribed pain medications or over-the-counter pain relievers according to your surgeon’s instructions. Don’t wait until the pain becomes severe before taking pain medication.
  • Hydration and Nutrition: Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water to aid in the healing process. Follow a balanced diet that is rich in nutrients to support healing. To avoid swelling, it is recommended to minimize your intake of salt as much as possible.
  • Antibiotics and Medications: Take any prescribed antibiotics or medications as directed by your surgeon to prevent infection and promote healing.
  • Skin Care: Keep the surgical incision sites clean and dry. Avoid applying any creams, lotions, or topical products to the incision areas unless directed by your surgeon.
  • Monitor for Infection: Monitor incision sites for signs of infection such as swelling, redness, warmth, or fever.eport any concerning symptoms to your surgeon promptly.
  • Gradual Resumption of Activities: Follow your surgeon’s guidance regarding when you can resume light activities and work. It is recommended avoiding strenuous activity and heavy lifting for a few weeks.

  • Be Patient: Understand that it may take several weeks to months to see the final results of your liposuction. Be patient and allow your body to heal naturally.   • Protect Your Skin from the Sun: Immediately after the IPL treatment, your skin will be more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid getting any direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours. If you must go outside, wear protective clothing and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF on treated areas.
  • Expect Redness and Swelling: It’s common to experience mild redness and swelling immediately after the procedure. This should subside within a few hours to a couple of days.
  • First 24-48 Hours Gentle Cleansing: Cleanse your face with a gentle mild, non-abrasive cleanser and lukewarm water. After washing your skin, it is recommended to gently pat it with a clean and soft towel.Avoid using hot water, scrubs, or abrasive products. 
  • Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products: Refrain from applying makeup or any skincare products (except those recommended by your provider) for at least 24 hours after the treatment. 
  • No Hot Baths or Saunas: Avoid hot baths, saunas, and activities that can increase your body temperature for 48 hours post-treatment, as heat can exacerbate redness and irritation.
  • Hydration: Stay hydrated to aid the healing process.
  • 1-2 Weeks Post-Treatment Sun Protection: Remember to wear sunscreen daily on treated areas to protect your skin from the sun. Avoid tanning beds. 
  • Moisturize: Use a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and minimize dryness.
  • Avoid Harsh Skincare Products: Avoid using harsh or exfoliating skincare products, including retinoids and alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), for at least one week post-treatment. 
  • No Waxing or Hair Removal: Refrain from waxing or using hair removal products on treated areas for at least two weeks.
  • Long-Term Care Follow-Up Appointments: Attend any scheduled follow-up appointments with your provider to assess your progress and discuss any concerns.
  • Skin Maintenance: Consult with your provider to establish a long-term skincare routine that maintains the benefits of Lumecca treatment and addresses specific skin concerns.
  • Report Any Concerns: If you experience severe or unexpected side effects, such as prolonged redness, blistering, or signs of infection, contact your healthcare provider promptly. Remember that individual healing times can vary, so it’s crucial to follow these instructions closely and communicate with your provider if you should have any questions or concerns during the recovery process. Proper post-care is essential to achieving the desired results and maintaining healthy, rejuvenated skin.
  • Keep the treated area clean and moisturized.

  • Avoid makeup until your provider advises.
  • Avoid sun exposure for 24-48 hours.
  • Apply sunscreen daily.

  • You can reapply makeup 24 hours after the treatment.

Day of treatment, apply Golden Drip hourly until bedtime.

  • Cleanse the skin thoroughly with TUNTUN Cleanser.
  • Apply GOLDEN DRIP liberally over the entire treated area (let dry to the touch.)
  • After GOLDEN DRIP is fully dry apply a layer of OMI OLOTA: Coconut Milk Moisture.
  • Morning only, apply GOLDEN SHIELD: Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 22 (do not apply any chemical sunscreens).

 

If desired, a mineral based powder (foundation may be applied days 1 through 4. Use of any other type of makeup may cause an adverse reaction. Normal makeup and skincare routines are NOT to be resumed until day five.

Before Your Treatment

  • Refrain from skin irritants (intense exfoliation, chemical treatments, Retin-A, and retinol) for 7 DAYS before the procedure.
  • Do not undergo laser procedures, IPL, get sunburned, or use self-tanners and spray tans 2 WEEKS before the procedure.
  • Inform your specialist if you’ve had recurrent cold sores or shingles to get a prescription for Acyclovir or Valacyclovir prior to your procedure to avoid a breakout.
  • Men: Ensure the treatment area is shaved. Thick and long hair can hinder electrode-skin contact.
  • Avoid these blood thinners a week before the procedure, if your health permits: Aspirin, Advil, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Motrin, Excedrin, BC Powder, Celebrex, red wine, fish oil, vitamin-e, green tea, ginger, ginkgo biloba, and flax seed.
  • Come to your appointment with bare skin with no makeup, creams, etc.

After Your Treatment

  • You might observe slight to moderate skin redness lasting up to two days post-procedure.
  • Do not apply anything on your face (creams,moisturizers,serums) for 24 HOURS AFTER your procedure. The only approved topical you may use is exosomes applied by us.
  • Stay out of direct sunlight for two weeks post-treatment to prevent hyperpigmentation.
  • Use a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen with SPF 30 or more daily after 48 HOURS.
  • You can wear makeup, moisturizers, retinols, etc 48 HOURS after the procedure if the treated areas aren’t sensitive.
  • For best results, a series of 3 or more sessions are needed, 4-6 weeks apart.
  • Remember, it takes about 3 months for the body to produce new collagen, and this process can continue up to 9 months after the third Morpheus8 session. Results can vary based on age, skin condition, overall health, and genetics.

  • It is advised to refrain from rubbing or touching the treated area for a minimum of 24 hours.
  • Refrain from strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
  • Do not lie down for 4 hours post-injection.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
  • Expect mild swelling or bruising; apply ice if needed.
  • Results may take up to 2 weeks to fully develop.

Before Your Treatment

One week prior to the procedure

  • Stop the use of Rogaine (Minoxidil). You can resume the use of Rogaine/Minoxidil 4-6 weeks after the procedure.


One week prior to the procedure

To prevent excessive bleeding during the procedure, avoid the following medications, vitamins and herbal supplements one week prior to the procedure after consulting with your primary physician.

  • Aspirin and other blood thinning medications
  • Vitamin E Medications.
  • Anti Inflammatory medications
  • Herbal supplement for blood thinning


Three days prior to procedure

  • Do not drink alcohol three days prior to the procedure to avoid excessive bleeding.
  • Avoid heavy exercises three days prior to the procedure.


The day of procedure

  • Wash hair with antibacterial shampoo the morning of the procedure or the previous night.
  • Do not use any hair products other than shampoo. (no gel, mousse, hair spray)
  • Wear a button down or zipper top and avoid wearing a T-shirt or any pullover top.
  • Do not drink any caffeinated beverages the morning of the procedure and plan on eating a good breakfast
  • If you are on hypertension medication, take your medication the morning of the procedure.
  • Bring your prescription medication with you. (indicated above)
  • Bring snacks/Lunch unless provided by your medical clinic.
  • Bring small headphones/AirPods to listen to music on your device (optional)
  • Plan to get dropped off and picked up the day of procedure especially if planning on taking Diazepam (relaxing medication)


After Your Treatment

First 2 days after procedure:

  • Bandage: keep the bandage on for 1 or 2 days.
  • Shower: you can shower your body but
  • DO NOT wash your hair or use the shower head on the grafted area.
  • Medications: take your medication as directed:
  • 1. Finish all antibiotics.
  • 2. Take pain pills as needed if prescribed or take over the counter Extra-Strength Tylenol.
  • 3. Take relaxing medication (Diazapam) the first night to help you sleep if needed.
  • 4. Take anti-swelling medication (Prednisolone) if prescribed.
  • Exercise: do not practice any heavy exercises such as lifting weight, running, swimming or golfing. A slow walk is OK. (you can go back to your normal exercise activities after 1-2 weeks)
  • Sleep: on your back at about a 45 degree angle (use 2 pillows to keep your back elevated or sleep on a recliner if available. Use a neck pillow or roll a large towel and put it around your neck to keep your head elevated from your pillows.)
  • Alcohol: do not consume any alcohol or limit to one serving only per 24 hours for the first 2-3 days.
  • Nicotine: No smoking or chewing tobacco the first 2-3 days.
  • Blood thinner: Do not use any blood thinners the first 2-3 days.
  • Hats: Avoid wearing hats, beanies or scarves the first week and only wear a loose baseball cap after 3 days if you must.


Day 3 – 14 after procedure:

  • Sleep: You can go back to your normal sleeping position on the 3rd night.
  • Hair Wash: DO NOT use the shower head or submerge your head in water. Use baby shampoo diluted in a cup of warm water and pour the mixture over the grafted area. Rinse off the shampoo with water using the cup or any container that is available. DO NOT rub your hair or the grafted area.
  • Drying your hair: DO NOT use a towel to pat dry. Let hair air dry or use a hair dryer at least one foot away and on a low temperature setting.
  • Combing your hair: DO NOT comb your hair for the first week. Some of your hair may get stuck to the new grafts and it will cause the new grafts to dislodge if combed.
  • Itching: You can spray the grafted area with cool water or saline using a small spray bottle to help with itching. You can use Benadryl if itching is consistent.
  • Scabbing: The new grafts will start scabbing. Do not pick on the scabs to prevent dislodging the grafts.
  • Hair shedding and hair growth: The new grafts will shed the hair shaft in about 10-14 days from the day of the procedure. The new hair will start growing gradually 2-3 months from the day of the procedure. You will see the full result/growth in 12 months.


The first 3 months after procedure:

  • Sun exposure: Protect your new grafted area from the sun exposure for the first 3 months. You can wear a loose hat after the first week or use sunscreen spray of SPF 30
    or above after the second week of the procedure.
  • Mild bruising and irritation may occur.
  • Follow the pelvic exercise protocol following an O-shot (10 minutes daily).
  • Avoid NSAIDS (ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Naproxen, Aspirin, etc.) 5 days after the procedure (Tylenol is fine for pain relief, but do not exceed 4000 mg in a 24 hour period).
  • You should avoid Gingko Biloba, Vitamin E, Garlic, Flax Oil, Vitamin A, Curcumin and other anti-inflammatory supplements for 5 days after the procedure.
  • AVOID the use of corticosteroids for 2 weeks after the procedure.
  • AVOID both Alcohol and Cigarettes a minimum of 5 days after getting the procedure.
  • Receive prescription from pharmacy if provided. Call office when refill is necessary.
  • EAT a healthy diet and HYDRATE yourself very well – drinking at least 64 ounces of clean fresh water.
  • Attend a follow-up appointment with your provider after 6 weeks for additional instructions and intervention if needed.

  • Bruising may occur due to the negative pressure of the pump or from the injections.
  • AVOID NSAIDS (ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Naproxen, Aspirin, etc.) 3-7 days after the procedure (Tylenol is okay for pain relief, but do not exceed 4000 mg in 24 hours).
  • AVOID taking Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Flax Oil, Curcumin, and other anti-inflammatory supplements for 3-7 days after the procedure.
  • AVOID the use of corticosteroids for 1 to 2 weeks after the procedure.
  • AVOID Alcohol and Cigarettes for 3-7 days after having the procedure.
  • EAT a healthy diet and KEEP HYDRATED, drinking at least 64 oz. of clean fresh water.
  • Use the Vacuum Pump for 10-20 minutes every day to maximize effectiveness of the procedure. You may substitute sex for this. The goal is to have an erection for at least 10 minutes a day, however that occurs.
  • Schedule a 4-week follow up appointment with your provider for further instructions and intervention if necessary.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure; use sunscreen.
  • Keep your skin moisturized.
  • Resume regular skincare products the next day.
  • Mild redness may occur but should subside quickly.
  • Makeup can be applied immediately if desired.

  • Immediate Post-Treatment Care Expect Some Discomfort and Swelling: You may experience some mild discomfort such as swelling, and bruising immediately following the procedure. However, these effects are typically temporary and should subside within a few days to a week. 
  • Avoid Touching or Massaging Treated Areas: Don’t touch or massage the area unless instructed by your healthcare provider. Massaging can affect the placement of the threads. 
  • Ice Application (if recommended): If advised by your provider, you can apply ice to the treated area for short periods (20 minutes at a time) to reduce swelling.
  • First Few Days Post-Treatment Sleep Position: Sleep with your head elevated for the first few nights to minimize swelling.
  • Avoid Strenuous Activities: Refrain from strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, and activities that increase blood flow to the face for at least one week following the procedure.
  • Pain Management: To alleviate any discomfort, one can utilize over-the-counter pain relievers.Follow the recommended dosage instructions or any specific recommendations from your provider.
  • First Two Weeks Post-Treatment Gentle Cleansing: Clean your face gently with a mild and non-abrasive cleanser and lukewarm water. Avoid using hot water, scrubs, or abrasive products on your skin. 
  • Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products: Refrain from applying makeup or any skincare products (except those recommended by your provider) for the first few days. 
  • Limit Facial Expressions: Try to minimize exaggerated facial expressions, such as smiling widely or raising your eyebrows, during the first week. 
  • Long-Term Care Sun Protection: Protect the treated area(s) from getting direct sunlight by wearing a wide-brimmed hat and using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF. It is important to apply sunscreen daily, even on days when it is cloudy. 
  • Follow-Up Appointments: Attend any of your scheduled follow-up appointments with your healthcare provider to discuss your progress and discuss any concerns. 
  • Maintenance and Additional Treatments: Discuss with your provider the possibility of maintenance treatments or complementary procedures to enhance and prolong the results. 
  • Report Any Concerns: If you experience severe or unexpected side effects, such as infection, persistent pain, or visible irregularities, contact your healthcare provider promptly.
  • Avoid sun exposure before and after treatment.
  • Shave the area before your appointment.
  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
  • Use sunscreen on treated areas exposed to the sun.
  • Follow the recommended treatment schedule for best results.
  • Make sure to get plenty of rest, and avoid strenuous activities for the recommended period.
  • Use prescribed pain medications as directed to manage discomfort.
  • Emollient cream or healing ointment should be applied to the Morpheus8V external treatment area. Vaniply, Vaseline, antibiotic ointment, or Aquaphor may be used.
  • Contact the office immediately if you experience symptoms of infection, such as redness, excessive swelling, pain, or any other unusual symptoms.
  • Tiny scabs may appear after a few days and stay for several days following treatment. It is important not to touch or scratch the scabs, even if they itch, and to allow them to fall off naturally.
  • Blisters may be treated with a prescription antibiotic ointment or burn treatment cream.
  • During the first 2 days following the FormalV/vTone treatment, any mechanical or thermal damage to the area must be avoided.

  • In case of vaginal discharge, a panty liner can be worn for the first day after the treatment.
  • We recommend not having intercourse for up to a week until the area is fully healed.
